ESTABLISH RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of all unworn and unused merchandise for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. For any returns, please email us at info@establishsf.com or call us at 415.564.5054. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and for securely packing and insuring the merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse items returned in poor condition.  

Your return will be processed within 10 business days. We will send a confirmation email when we receive your package and refund your credit card. shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns on the following items: 
vintage clothing, special or custom orders, oils, sale items, plants or any item that is not in its original condition. 

 

TERMS

All in stock items purchased online will ship within 4 business days. We ship using priority mail, and will provide a USPS tracking number with a confirmation email when we have shipped your item. 

We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
